World Cup Ticket Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

No purchase necessary beyond standard tax preparation services. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Promotion Period
    The Rapid Cash World Cup Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is valid during the 2026 tax season, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending April 15, 2026, or the official IRS filing deadline if extended (“Promotion Period”).

  2. Eligibility
    The Promotion is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of tax filing and who file a completed tax return through Rapid Cash during the Promotion Period using the Bank App. Employees of Rapid Cash, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  3. Participating Locations
    This Promotion is valid only at the following Rapid Cash locations:
    • Rapid Cash El Paso
    • Rapid Cash Horizon
    • Rapid Cash Fabens
    • Rapid A Loans Socorro

  4. How to Enter
    Each eligible client who files a completed tax return through Rapid Cash using the Bank App during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Referral Bonus Entries:
For each referred individual who files a completed tax return through Rapid Cash using the Bank App during the Promotion Period, the referring client will receive five (5) additional entries. There is no limit to the number of referrals or referral entries a client may earn, provided each referral results in a completed and eligible tax filing.

All entries must be associated with a valid client record and verified by Rapid Cash. Rapid Cash reserves the right to disqualify any entries determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant.

  1. Prize Details
    One (1) winner will receive tickets to a 2026 FIFA World Cup match. Specific match, location, seat selection, and game date will be determined at Rapid Cash’s discretion. The prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, transportation, or any other expenses unless explicitly stated. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. No substitutions allowed.

  2. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of tax filing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or fails to accept the prize, Rapid Cash reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

  3. Publicity Release
    By participating, entrants grant Rapid Cash permission to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    Rapid Cash is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, technical errors, system failures, or any other issues that may affect participation. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rapid Cash and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

  5. General Conditions
    Rapid Cash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control. All decisions made by Rapid Cash regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
